2023 Grower Crop Loss Report July
This form will be used to gather data from growers related to crop loss impacts due to the July 2023 flooding. The Connecticut Department of Agriculture will share data with the USDA Farm Service Agency and UCONN extension. Completing this form will assist these entities in determining if a disaster declaration can be obtained.
