The Charter Revision Commission concluded their work and filed their draft report with the Town Clerk at the end of May. The recommendations were presented to the Board of Selectmen in June. The next step in the process will be a public hearing on the draft report which has been set for Monday, July 10, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room to hear public comments on the proposed changes to the charter. The Board of Selectmen will use the feedback from the hearing to determine the changes to put before the voters in November.
