Absentee ballot information for the Tuesday, April 2, 2024, Presidential Primary Preference Election: Absentee Ballots for the Presidential Preference Primary are available now.
Apply online using the Secretary of State’s website to request that your absentee ballot mailed to you by CLICKING HERE!
Once you submit your request online it is automatically sent to the Town Clerk’s Office, and we will mail your ballot as requested.
1) Election material should be returned as soon as possible, but no later than Election Day, Tuesday, April 2, 2024, by 8:00 p.m.
2) When returning your absentee ballot, please be sure to follow ALL the instructions.
3) Use of the Official Ballot Drop Box for Applications & Ballots (located at Town Hall) is strongly encouraged.
A Presidential Preference Primary is an election where voters in a major political party vote for the candidate of that party that they would like to be their presidential candidate in the upcoming General Election.
There are 3 voting options to choose from for this Presidential Preference Primary election. The options are:
A. Early Voting OR
B. Absentee Ballot OR
C. Election Day Voting
If you do not wish to vote early, you can still choose to vote either using an absentee ballot, if qualified, or choose to vote in-person on Election Day as usual.
